I design and build websites, and I help people learn to use AI in practical ways that save time and reduce frustration. I explain things in everyday language--no heavy tech jargon--so the process feels clear instead of overwhelming. We work through things together. If I don’t know something right away, I figure it out and show you, so you don’t have to spend hours searching or have others lording over you.
This includes:

I create health stories, courses, magazines, and other projects that explore how we communicate with our bodies, with food, with energy, and with each other. The work often touches psychology, cooking, and healing, always in clear, everyday language.
